There are no kits to buy or other contractors to find, we do not prefabricate anything, building the barn on site and all our craftsman are thoroughly trained in all aspects of the building process including plumbing and electrical work. • Cedar or Poplar Trim in 1x8, 1x6 and 1x4.
• 2 x 6 (select grade)T & G for 1st Flr  walls
• 40 year metal roofing system.
• Custom built Stairway to loft.
• (2) 12ft Lean-to’s.
• Custom built Cupola.
• Custom built Split wood Slider doors, Dutch doors, and Dutch windows.
• 2x6 (select grade) poplar T&G
• Windows are Low e and insulated along with insulation.
• HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Custom rustic wood flooring.

All of our lumber is Kiln dried # 2 or better and Poles are ACQ treated.
We are the builders and your barn will be built, ready for use, in
Approx. 8-15 weeks from start to finish, pending on weather.
Draws are up to 10 payments throughout the course of building the structure.

*we can not give basic prices for our barn homes because they are custom homes and with each style is a different cost. Barns and Buildings customize size and detail, a rough estimate would be starting at $138 a sq ft, that includes the full insulated shell plus electric, plumbing, HVAC, 40 year metal roofing, rustic wood flooring, our signature poplar T&G interior finish with your custom floor plan.

We got in touch with our previous contractor, but it turns out he is going bankrupt and is unable to complete the project. As you can see form the photos, we still need the 333 foot gravel road done, the garage door, the two stable doors (one has a temp wall for a workshop), finalizing the electric, and the 99 linear feet of 2' 7" rock border around the base of the barn and on the breezeway. If you could provide an itemized estimate of the remaining work, I would greatly appreciate it. I have also asked another local contractor, but he is unfamiliar with horse barns so I am a bit leery of his work. Thanks again for your patience. Should have gone with you guys in March.
